Shipping Restrictions and Requirements
Our company offers transportation of general commodities, subject to certain restrictions. Please note the following:
- The arrival time for land shipments may be affected by road conditions in the mainland, so clients need to allow extra time for delivery. The arrival time quoted by our company is for reference only.
- Shipments under 1kg will be counted as 1kg, and the weight will be based on either actual weight or volume weight, whichever is higher. The weight will be determined by our quotation.
- Shipment charges include pick-up and delivery, but additional charges may apply for remote areas. For shipment to remote areas, prior notice will be sent to clients regarding additional charges.
- To ensure safe and prompt delivery, recipients’ information must be clearly stated on the shipment form. Clients will be responsible for any wrong or late delivery resulting from unclear information.
- For express delivery, goods must be packed securely and the shipment form completed accurately. For any shipment delay, loss, or damage, the maximum compensation will be HK$10,000 or 5 times the order, whichever is lower.
- Shipments may be delayed by customs or weather conditions, and delivery times are for reference only.
- Recipients are required to acknowledge receipt of each delivery. Our company will not be responsible for any losses or damages after the acknowledgement.
Payment And Account Requirements
For monthly payment clients, please note:
- Monthly payment clients may need to provide copies of their operation licenses upon request for opening a monthly account or for issuing invoices.
- Payment for monthly accounts must be made within 30 days after the invoice is issued. No discount will be given for late payment. Clients must pay the bill in full.
